What's in the Samson Enhancement Stack and How to Take It
Posted by SDI Labs on Oct 21st 2026
The Samson Enhancement Stack is one of the most common things customers ask us about. What is actually in it? How many capsules do you take, and when? Can you take both bottles at once?
This is a plain how-to guide. It walks through each bottle, the label directions, a sample daily schedule, and the safety points to know before you start. All product details come straight from our labels and the live product page.
What comes in the stack
The Samson Enhancement Stack puts two SDI Labs dietary supplements in one order:
- 1 bottle of Test Regimen™ (30 capsules). Made for testosterone support.*
- 1 bottle of Samson EstroArmor™ (90 veggie capsules). Helps support healthy aromatase activity and estrogen balance, and supports healthy cortisol levels.*
Each bottle holds 30 servings, so one stack lasts about 30 days at the full label serving of each. Both products are dietary supplements made in the USA. Neither is a drug, a prescription hormone, or a replacement for medical care.
Bought separately, the two bottles come to $124.90. The stack is $119.99. Prices can change, so check the product page for the current price.
Bottle 1: Test Regimen™
Each capsule contains:
- Supratestin Depot™ proprietary blend, 560 mg: L-citrulline malate 2:1, beta ecdysterone 90% (Cyanotis extract), suma powder (Pfaffia), beta cyclodextrin, Polyrhachis ant extract, Eurycoma longifolia (tongkat ali), and Tribulus terrestris (45% saponins).
- Black pepper extract 95%, 5 mg, added to help with absorption.*
Serving size: 1 capsule. Servings per bottle: 30.
Label directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician. Use with a well-balanced diet and an intense bodybuilding exercise program.
Because it is a proprietary blend, the label lists the 560 mg total and every ingredient in it, but not the amount of each individual ingredient.
Bottle 2: Samson EstroArmor
Samson EstroArmor combines vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts. It helps support healthy aromatase activity and estrogen balance, and it supports healthy cortisol levels.*
Per 3-capsule serving, the label lists:
Estrogen modulation blend
- Calcium D-glucarate, 500 mg
- Diindolylmethane (DIM), 300 mg
- Indole-3-carbinol, 200 mg
- 5,7-dihydroxyflavone (chrysin), 50 mg
- Holy basil leaf extract, 50 mg
- Broccoli seed extract, 50 mg
Hormone regulation blend
- KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract, 600 mg
- Mucuna, 50 mg
- Chaste tree berry, 25 mg
- Lemon balm leaf extract, 25 mg
Proanthocyanidin (OPC) blend
- Grape seed extract, 75 mg
- Pine bark extract, 75 mg
- Quercetin, 75 mg
Vitamins and minerals: vitamin B6, folate, vitamin E, zinc, and boron.
Serving size: 3 veggie capsules. Servings per bottle: 30.
Label directions: Experienced users take three (3) capsules daily, spread evenly through the day and preferably with food (for example, one with breakfast, one with lunch, and one with dinner). New users should start with one (1) to two (2) capsules per day. Regular users can take a maintenance dose of one (1) to two (2) capsules per day.
A note on ashwagandha
The ingredient in EstroArmor that people ask about most is ashwagandha. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements has a helpful consumer fact sheet on ashwagandha. It notes that in several studies, people who took ashwagandha extracts for 6 to 8 weeks reported feeling less stress, and that ashwagandha lowered stress hormone levels. Some studies found doses of 500 to 600 mg a day seemed to work better than lower doses. One example is a 2012 randomized, placebo-controlled study of a high-concentration root extract in adults under stress, which measured serum cortisol.
The ODS also lists cautions that apply to anyone taking an ashwagandha product:
- Side effects are usually mild, like upset stomach, loose stools, nausea, or drowsiness.
- Ashwagandha has been linked to liver injury in some people. More research is needed.
- It may affect thyroid function and may interact with thyroid, diabetes, and blood pressure medications, sedatives, and immune-suppressing medications.
- It may not be safe for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding or who have prostate cancer.
- Studies showed no safety concerns for up to about 3 months of use. Longer-term safety is less clear.
That is a big part of why we recommend talking with your doctor before you start the stack, especially if you take any medication.
How to take the stack together: a sample day
Here is one simple way to fit both bottles into a normal day, following each label:
On waking (empty stomach)
Test Regimen™
1 capsule with water
Breakfast
Samson EstroArmor
1 capsule with food
Lunch
Samson EstroArmor
1 capsule with food
Dinner
Samson EstroArmor
1 capsule with food
Just starting? For the first stretch, take Test Regimen™ as above and only one or two EstroArmor capsules a day, with meals, as the EstroArmor label recommends for new users. Then move to three a day if that suits you.
Tips that make it easier:
- Set a reminder. Spreading EstroArmor across three meals is easy to forget.
- Keep Test Regimen™ apart from food. Its label says to take it on an empty stomach, so first thing in the morning works for most people.
- Do not double up. If you miss a capsule, skip it and go back to your normal schedule.
- Train and eat well. The Test Regimen™ label pairs it with a well-balanced diet and an intense training program. Supplements support your effort; they do not replace it.
Get the basics right first
No supplement stack can make up for poor sleep, low protein, or inconsistent training. If you are building a full routine, start with our guide to building a muscle recovery routine, which covers sleep, protein, creatine, and rest. If you are new to combining products, our older post on stacking supplements explains the general idea.
Who should not take the Samson Enhancement Stack
- Anyone under 18.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Anyone with a medical condition or taking medication, unless their doctor has approved it. This includes thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, sedative, and immune-suppressing medications, which the ODS lists as possible ashwagandha interactions.
Stop using the products and talk to your doctor if you have any side effects that concern you.
