Returns & Refunds

RMA required before shipping anything back. Samson Distributors LLC DBA SDI Labs.

1. Get authorization first

• Contact: contact form, management@legalsteroids.com, or 561-913-3265.
• Give your order number, items being returned, and open/unopened status.
• Wait for the RMA and facility address; never ship without authorization.
• We aim to reply within one business day.

2. Satisfaction window

Use up to 3 weeks with a clean diet. If unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Product must arrive before refund.

3. Refund amounts

• Customer pays return shipping; no prepaid labels.
• Original outbound shipping is never refunded.
• No refunds for Return to Sender or refused delivery.

4. Non-pickup / carrier fees

$25 non-pickup plus a $16 shipping deduction may apply; outbound shipping is non-refundable.

5. How refunds are issued

Email on receipt; refund to original card; bank delays are not our responsibility.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in a ban from future orders.

7. How to start a return

1. Contact us within 30 days.
2. Pack authorized items securely.
3. Ship to the invoice/RMA address.
4. Keep tracking information.
